Founded and created by Dr. Scott Layne, PT, DPT, CF-L1, TPI Certified, our company combines years of experience in sports physical therapy with a passion for helping individuals regain their freedom of movement.
Dr. Scott Layne's Background
Dr. Scott Layne is an accomplished Sports Physical Therapist and athlete with a wealth of knowledge and expertise in the field. His journey began with invaluable internships with the New York Giants in 2004 and 2005. After completing his undergraduate degree in Health and Exercise Science at the University of Oklahoma, Dr. Layne continued his education at the University of Southern California, earning his Doctorate in Physical Therapy in 2011.
With a strong desire to make a difference, Dr. Layne served as the Team PT for the Denver Broncos, providing essential care to the players for two seasons. Following his time in the NFL, he relocated to Hawai'i with his wife, where he founded Surf and Shore Performance Center in 2015. At the center, Dr.
Layne and his team focus on assisting active adults and athletes in Hawai'i, enabling them to return to their workouts and sports activities without resorting to surgery, halting their activities, or relying on pain medication.

Throughout his 12+ years as a Physical Therapist, Dr. Layne encountered individuals every day who were suffering from neck pain, which inspired him to seek better treatment options. He believed there had to be a more effective and efficient way to address this common and frustrating ailment. This realization led to the birth of Neck Fixx Pro.
